Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from overseas, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Swith, Maestro and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet. |
Shipping And Handling Package and postage is charged at £3.50 on orders* below £30.00, £5.50 on orders* between £30.00 and £70.00 and orders* over £70 will be despatched free of charge.
Whilst postage is offered free on orders above £70, the cost of titles not yet published will not contribute to this total.
Postage on overseas orders will be charged at cost but this figure will not appear on the shopping cart 'total'.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 7 business days. International orders are generally received in under 21 days. Some titles may take longer if the title is out of stock at the time of ordering. |
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
